Returns and Refund Policy
An honest explanation of returns and refunds — and why this website does not process any.
Do we accept returns or issue refunds?
No — not through this website, because this website sells nothing. There is no checkout, no payment processing, and no online order to return or refund. We will never ask you to pay for furniture, accessories, or services through timberellewood.site, and we will not request payment information of any kind.
If anyone contacting you claims to sell Timber Ellewood furniture and asks for payment or a refund through this website, that is not us — please stop the conversation and contact us directly to report it.
Returns and refunds for purchases made elsewhere
If you buy furniture from a retailer, maker, or showroom, the return and refund terms are governed entirely by that seller’s policy and the law that applies to your purchase. Before buying, we recommend confirming three things in writing:
- The return window and any restocking or return-shipping fees.
- The condition requirements (original packaging, assembly state, and so on).
- The refund timing once the item is received and inspected.
What we do if you report a problem
You can contact Timber Ellewood with a furniture problem (for example, a piece that arrived damaged or a question about materials or care). We will:
- Give straightforward guidance on the practical next step, and
- Where relevant, help you understand what to document for the seller (photos, packaging, labels, and delivery notes) so their returns process goes smoothly.
We provide information; we do not stand in for the seller’s return process, because the sale did not happen with us.
Misleading-practice protection
We do not run fake sales, countdown timers, urgency warnings, or “guaranteed refund” claims, because none of those describe what this website actually does — it shares information. Our policy pages exist to be clear, not to impersonate a store.
If this changes
Should Timber Ellewood ever sell products directly, this page will be updated before any sale to describe the genuine return window, eligibility rules, exclusions, refund timing, and how to start a return.
